Welcome to the Conditional Fields App for Contentful CMS. This product is designed to extend the functionality of the Contentful CMS. It is a plugin used to Customize and simplify Content Type handling in the Contentful CMS.
By accessing or using the Conditional Fields App/Plugin, (hereafter the "Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Plugin.
To use the Plugin, you must have a valid Contentful CMS account and agree to the Terms of Service of Contentful. By using the Plugin, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Subject to these Terms, Prototyp Stockholm AB, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin for its intended purpose with Contentful CMS.
You agree not to misuse the Plugin or help anyone else do so. Misuse includes but is not limited to the following:
You retain all rights and ownership of your content that is processed by the Plugin. You grant Prototyp Stockholm AB a license to use, copy, transmit, store, and back-up your information and data for the purposes of enabling you to access and use the Plugin and for any other purpose related to the provision of services to you.
Prototyp Stockholm AB is committed to protecting your privacy and data. Please review our Privacy Policy, https://cfa.prototyp.se/legal-agreements/privacy-policy, which explains how we handle personal data when you use our Plugin.
The Plugin is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Prototyp Stockholm AB disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not guarantee that the Plugin will function without interruption or errors in functioning.
The Plugin may be used in conjunction with other third-party plugins or apps for Contentful CMS. However, we make no representations and provide no warranties regarding the compatibility of the Plugin with any third-party plugins. We shall not be responsible for any issues, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the Plugin in combination with any third-party software, including but not limited to plugins, extensions, apps or modules. You acknowledge that the use of such third-party software is at your own risk and discretion and may affect the performance and functionality of the Plugin.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prototyp Stockholm AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Prototyp Stockholm AB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Plugin after any changes to the Terms will indicate your acceptance of such changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, or in connection with, these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The seat of arbitration shall be Stockholm, Sweden. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English, unless the Parties have agreed otherwise
