Introduction

Thank you for using our Conditional Fields app. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. The purpose of this privacy policy is to explain the processing and management of personal data acquired through the Conditional Fields App.

Acceptance of Privacy Policy

When registering, contacting or uploading data in the Conditional Field App, you declare having read and expressly accepted this Privacy Policy. You authorize the Conditional Fields App team to use the data in accordance with the purposes and processing described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Personal information we collect is your email address, first name and last name when you use our app. This information is used to keep track of how many users we have and to be able to contact you and provide service. We do not collect any additional personal information beyond what is listed above.

Organisational information we collect are the space ID of your Contenful space, to tie the license key to the correct space and to verify you as an authorized user with purchase rights. We might collect more data that Contentful provides us with via their API, amongst others the organisation key and space and environment names, to continue to develop and improve our service.

We also save the rules and settings you create in order to provide the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email address to communicate with you about our app and to provide customer support. We may also use your email address to send you promotional and marketing materials about our app, but you can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time. When you start a subscription to Conditional Fields Premium, we will use your user ID to verify that you belong to the space you say, and connect the key to your space ID.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties unless we have your consent or are required by law to do so. However, your information is disclosed to third-party service providers required for the app to function and for us to provide services to you. These service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.

Security of Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
